What is neurodiversity coaching?
Inclusive neurodiversity coaching is a collaborative space where you can explore how your mind works and what that means for your everyday life. Together, we focus on building clarity, identifying your strengths, and finding practical strategies that genuinely fit you, not a neurotypical template. This coaching might be a good fit if you:
- Are an adult with ADHD and/or autism (diagnosed or self-identified)
- Often feel overwhelmed, stuck, or close to burnoutFind organisation, boundaries, or impulsivity challenging
- Are in the middle of a work change, life transition, or identity shift
- Are looking for a space that's free from judgement or pressure

What we might work on
Sessions are shaped around what matters most to you. Topics we might explore together include:
- What neurodiversity means for you specifically, and how it shows up in your life
- Finding your way through overwhelm and burnout
- Building routines that actually stick and work with your brain, not against it
- Boundaries, communication, and speaking up for yourself
- Challenges that come up in work or daily life
- Growing confidence, self-trust, and releasing the shame that was never yours to carry
