What is neurodiversity coaching ?
Inclusive neurodiversity coaching is a collaborative space where you can explore how your mind works and what that means for your everyday life. Together, we focus on building clarity, identifying your strengths, and finding practical strategies that genuinely fit you. This coaching might be a good fit if you:
- Are a neurodiverse person
- Often feel overwhelmed, stuck, or close to burnout
- Find organisation, boundaries, or impulsivity challenging
- Are in the middle of a work change, life transition, or identity shift
- Are looking for a space that's free from judgement or pressure
Supporting the people around neurodivergent individuals:
You don't have to be neurodivergent yourself to benefit from coaching. If you're a parent, partner, sibling, or carer of someone with ADHD or autism, this space is for you too. Understanding how a neurodiverse person experiences the world can be transformative for your relationship, your communication, and your own wellbeing. We can work together to help you feel more informed, more confident, and less alone in your role.
